Obesity can be an issue in any age group in America, whether their adults, adolescents or children. It is a critical issue to be addressed because of the amounts of fast food restaurants spreading throughout the country, and the vast amounts of health complications involved with it. Though some people are genetically obese, others simply have a hard time controlling their eating habits. One in three adults are obese and one out of every five children in the United States are overweight or obese, and this number continues to increase due to the sedentary lifestyles they choose to live.
