Graduation is almost here

Have you ever noticed just how much pressure comes upon you during your last semester of college? Knowing you are almost done but you still have to prepare yourself for all classes daily and everything must go according to plan. Every student who go through this has to keep in mind to not get behind on classwork or to let it all pile upon them. Speaking with students that attend lane college and are also graduating seniors, Alexis Bell a business major she says "with this being my last semester my parents are constantly calling and making sure I'm prepared for class every day and my teachers expect nothin but a full out effort from me in class as well as outside." With that being said, you have to strive harder outside of class than inside because of the studying that's required for each class. Different subjects force you to study in a different mindset. Achievement in every field is what college puts you in position for, its all about wanting to be great.

The last person that was spoken with whos also a graduating senior this semester is Jamal Partee he is a  Mass Comm major. Jamal says " There is a lot of pressure knowing graduation is right around the corner. I want my family to be proud and I don't want them to feel like I've not been taking things seriously up here." When dealing with teachers like Dr. Miller or any Professors who take their work seriously its never a good idea to mess around during your last semester of school especially if you have plans on graduating. Before college, most students who come from high school have no real discipline far as studying and really putting time into their assignments. Especially the schools that were in the rougher neighborhoods.
