Being a Parent and a Student

Have you ever thought about what its like having kids while trying to be a full time student.  Being a parent and a student can be challenging but yet much needed to keep your mind focused on a better life for your kids future as well as yours.
It takes consistent time inside the classroom as well as outside. Everything happens  in life for a reason. Students all over the world are put in situations like this. The biggest obstacle student parents face is childcare. Childcare is expensive and so is college. Speaking with students who are parents and going through this I spoke with Brandon Walker. Brandon says " being new to being a parent I had no clue times would be this hard. I'm worried about graduating on time as well as making sure my child is good." Students struggle in silence all the time but still manage to make a way knowing they cant fail as a parent or student.

Many students wind up going into debt to pay for child care and degrees. with services like on campus care those numbers decrease. Having that options gives more student parents the flexibility on taking their kids to daycare with them when they go to school. I spoke with Jorma Jeffries he says, "my life changed for the better but it was up to me to figure out my situation as a man. "
